El tema es que la información de Carnival es poco clara. Te copio la ultima que me llegó la semana pasada, si podes averigua que te dicen a vos.
Hay un párrafo que habla de que si contratas afuera (en compañía independiente) consultes si tienen la Visa Incluida. Pero en realidad no es una Visa lo que te da la compañía independiente, sino un e-ticket.
Por otro lado, yo ya he reservado con Shorex.RU y recibido estos e-ticket. Lo que ofrecen es muy bueno, muy completo y a muy buen precio.

We know your clients must be very excited about their Northern Europe cruise. So, we’d like to
provide you with some important information regarding their travel documents when visiting St.
Petersburg, Russia, and other information they will need.
· Allguests must carry a passport valid for six months beyond the date of their visit to St.
Petersburg.
· U.S. Resident Aliensmust carry a valid passport valid for six months beyond the date of their
visit to St. Petersburg from their country of citizenship and a valid Alien Resident card.
· U.S. Citizens, U.S. Resident Aliens, Canadians, and Non-U.S. Citizens, (except citizens of
some former Soviet Republics) are required to obtain a Russian Visa.
o However, guests participating in a Carnival sponsored tourare notrequired to obtain a
Russian Visa.
o Guests intending to sightsee independently (including before or after participating in a
shore excursion),must obtaina Russian Visa prior to leaving their home country in
order to go ashore.
o Guests who have made independent arrangements through another company, please
confirm with their provider if a visa is included.
o Russian Visas cannot be purchased on board the ship.
Please remind your clients that proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout
the cruise. We strongly suggest guests visit <

on obtaining a Russian Visa and check with the appropriate embassy or consulate for their specific
requirements.
As much as we'd like to help your clients, it’s their sole responsibility to have the required travel
documents available at all times. We are sorry to say, if they do not have the proper documents,
he/she will not be allowed on board. This also means we won't be providing a refund of their cruise
fare.
